If there are more than 10 active deals in this Account, it will disable TTP, lower TP to 0.2%
If there are more than 13 active deals in this Account, it will turn off all bots.
If there are less than 10 active deals in this Account, it will turn on bots again.
This can be useful when you are trading with Futures and lets you sleep a little better
